Municipal apartment.

In addition to alien’s permanent resident in Japan, any aliens who have registered under the alien registration can be accepted for application of the municipal apartment,

(1) Qualification for a tenant.

Qualifications for tenant applicants are as follows:

• Living or working in the city and having difficulty in finding a residence (except those who have their own houses).
• Those who have family member(s) to live together. (However, a single person may be allowed, if he/she satisfies a certain conditions such as age limit.)
• Total income of the household members is under a certain limit.
• Those who is not failed to pay their taxes.

(2) Application method.

Applications are opened 3 times a year which details are published on the “City News, Tsu”. Please apply within the period specified in the news letter.
