(2) Delivery of mail while you are out of home.
If a registered mail or parcel which requires a recipient’s stamp
or signature, is delivered while you are away, the postman will bring
it back to the post office, and leaves " notice of delivery in absent
of recipients" in your mail box. To pick up the mail or parcel,
you are required to visit the post office written on the notice along
