Traffic rules.

(1) To avoid any traffic accidents, please obey the traffic rules and regulations.

1. Walk on the right and drive on the left of the road in Japan.
2. When Riding a bicycle.
• Ride bicycles on the left side of the road.
• Make sure to turn on the light when getting dark.
3. Driving a car or a motor bike.
• Make sure you are carrying the driver license with you when driving a car or a motor bike.
4. Strictly forbid drink driving.
• You are never allowed to ride a bike or drive a car, and even a bicycle after drinking alcohol.
5. If you are involved in an accident, call 110 or report to the nearest police station or Koban.

(2)Bicycles.

1. Removal of bicycles.
   Make sure to park bicycles and motor bikes to the designated parking zone. The result of violation will be removal of your bicycles or motor bikes by the city council.
2. If your bicycle or bike is removed:
   < Please provide following items when pick up your bicycle or bike>
   • ID card.
   • The key of bicycle.
   • Charges for removal and storage.
   Bicycle:1,000 yen
   Motor bike: 2,000 yen
